Suggested Use:
Shake well. 1 ml 2-3x a day or as needed. Can be taken directly on the tongue or in a little water.
When will I see the effects?
Adaptogens such as Reishi build overtime. Depending on your sensitivity to herbs you may notice subtle effects in a few days to weeks. For full benefits take consistently over 6-8 weeks to notice the full effects. Higher doses between 1,000-2,500mg may produce more immediate effects.
Can I use Reishi everyday?
Yes! This tincture is considered safe for longterm use. However, it can have a drying effect if you tend towards a dry constitution. If you notice that this is happening you may want to consider adding demulcent herbs to your regime.
