work with me
Around the world, there are wise woman traditions where a whole village surrounds the postpartum mother - to cook for her, wrap her belly, give her warm massages with medicated oils, herbal baths, and taking care of household chores. This allows the mother to fully rest, and recover, from her birth so she can solely focus on bonding with her newborn baby.
In those cultures, we see mothers thrive and are able to step into motherhood feeling healed, supported, replenished, and joyful.
Sadly, in our modern society where the majority of us live in single-family homes, isolated from community, and far away from nuclear family, it is a rare privilege to know of the sacred window.
It takes a village
This is where I can help. It is my passion and joy to bring nurturing care to mothers and their family. I center my postpartum doula care around the mother so she can feel nourished, supported, and connected.
You, my dear, deserve to thrive in your postpartum, not just survive.
My expertise comes from a holistic background in the ancient traditions of Ayurveda, yoga, mediation, and holistic lifestyle. I incorporate modalities of Ayurvedic nourishment, organic herbalism, and relaxing self-care practices. These modalities encourage your body to heal and your mental + emotional + physical health to flourish so you can step into your new journey exuding radiance.
What is the Sacred Window?
The first 42 days after birth & a monumental launching pad into motherhood. It is often referred to as the 4th trimester.
One of the most empowering and fiercest journeys you will ever make.
A time where intense hormonal fluctuations, postpartum depression, baby blues, PMADS, and sleep deprivation can occur.
Often overlooked, but is a critical time. Proper care helps you emerge from the transition to motherhood more fulfilled, aligned, and stronger.
It's a time for deep rest and rejuvenation

My expertise and background stem from Ayurveda and yoga. I have studied conscious postpartum doula care and understand the unique needs postpartum mothers have from a holistic perspective. I incorporate healing foods and herbs because I understand the impact this will have on a mother to heal from the inside out. I am extremely mindful and respectful of each woman's unique birth experience and needs. My purest intention is for all women to feel supported and seen, therefore, she can take care of her baby to the best of her ability. This will ripple out into generations to come. I truly believe generational, and global healing, starts from you.
Since my main focus is on the mother I do not charge more for twins unless infant care is required.
You can hire me before you give birth and I will prioritize scheduling your care once you are postpartum. Often mother's are not aware that they need this level of care until after they have given birth. You are able to hire me at any time postpartum.
