Ingredients
Organic Yarrow, Organic Rose, Organic Lavender, Organic Plantain, Organic Witch Hazel
Suggested Use:
- Place ¾ cup of herbs into a large teapot.
- Bring 3 cups of water to a full boil.
- Pour the boiling water over the herbs.
- Cover and steep for 20 minutes.
- Allow the infusion to cool completely.
- Strain, then transfer to a clean mason jar.
- Pour the prepared infusion into a sitz bath until the buttocks are fully submerged.
- Store any remaining infusion in a sealed jar near the toilet or in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Use 2-3x a day for 15 minutes until hemorrhoids are healed.
